Pehraan Strict Exchange-Only Policy
Pehraan maintains a Strict Exchange-Only Policy. We do not offer refunds. All sales are final, with exchanges permitted only under the conditions outlined below.
1. Exchange for Damaged or Incorrect Item
At Pehraan, we're committed to delivering exceptional quality and style. While we strive for perfection, sometimes things don't go as planned. If you receive an incorrect or damaged article, we're here to make it right.

| Defective or Incorrect Item | You must notify Pehraan within 3 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and clear photos of the defect or incorrect item. | We will arrange and cover the cost of free pickup of the incorrect/defective item. Once verified, we will dispatch and deliver the correct article to you free of charge. |

2. Exchange for Sizing Issues
If you require a different size for the same article, the exchange process is dependent on availability and costs borne by the customer.

| 2. Return Shipping | If the size is available, you must send the original article back to our facility at your own expense. | |
| 3. Verification & Dispatch | Once the article is received, we will verify that it is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags intact. If verified, we will dispatch the correct size. | |
| 4. Re-Delivery Payment | You must pay a re-delivery charge of Rs 500 for the shipment of the new size. | The replacement article will be dispatched once the Rs 500 re-delivery charge is confirmed. |
| Delivery Time | Please allow 5–7 days for the replacement article to be delivered after verification and payment of the re-delivery charge. |
3. General Conditions for All Exchanges
Condition of Item: All returned items must be in perfect, resalable condition: unused, unwashed, free of odors/stains/pet hair, and with all original tags attached. Items returned in any other condition will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Change of Mind: Strictly no exchanges are accepted for change of mind.
